Our proven partner universities

Distance Learning University Switzerland co-operates in training and research with partner universities from Europe and overseas:

• Many of our study courses are developed together with one or more foreign universities. These courses are run jointly so that they are recognised outside Switzerland, are internationally supported and globally adapted. Some study courses even lead to a double degree.
• In Research and Development also, Distance Learning University Switzerland works closely with foreign partner universities.

Distance Learning University Switzerland also co-operates with various European organisations:

• Distance Learning University Switzerland is actively involved in the European Association of Distance Teaching Universities (EADTU). It vigorously supports the efforts of the EADTU to implement the European Learning Area in accordance with the Bologna Declaration.
• Distance Learning University Switzerland is a member of the Fédération Inter-universitaire de l'Enseignement à distance (FIED).
• Distance Learning University Switzerland moreover works closely with the ICDE (International Council for Open and Distance Education). This Council seeks to advance co-operation and understanding amongst cultures by flexible, worldwide learning and instruction.
