Distance Learning University Switzerland is a foundation which is made up of the following organs:
- Foundation Board: the strategic leadership
- Management: the operational leadership
- Scientific Committee: the specialised scientific committee
- 3 Study Centres: the regional study-course co-ordinators
- 1 Research Institute: for research into the subject of e-learning
